Blacksburg Kitchen Remodel
For this Blacksburg kitchen, less was definitely more.
Our client didn’t actually need all the storage that was in the existing kitchen, so we removed some cabinets to open the room to the dining area. We added a pantry cabinet and a kitchen island that provided space to eat a quick bite.

For this project, we made sure that the additions flowed well with the existing architecture, adding a neutral tile backsplash and glass pendant lighting that incorporated well with the existing trim and walls. We also added extra can lights and under-cabinet lighting to provide more light and smoothed the textured ceiling to update the feel of the space. A rich stained hardwood floor was also added to tie everything together.
