What to Expect

  • Your phone call will be answered right away if at all possible.  If not it will be returned within an hour or two.
  • Once we start your project it will progress steadily to completion.  We schedule only what work we can handle well and typically a job won’t set idle for even a day.
  • Our employees are attentive, polite and considerate. They are thoroughly screened and drug-free.
  • We work hard to control dust and we clean up at the end of every day.
  • We provide you with easy to understand invoices at the predetermined milestones and a timely summary of extra charges/credits if you elect to make changes mid-project.
  • We communicate with our clients on every step of the project so that they understand the process and are confident that things are going to turn out the just the way they want them to.
  • We ask for feedback on how we are doing/did so that we can continually improve.
